Thank you for visiting the Humboldt County Recorder's webpage. Your Recorder's office maintains all official real estate documents. We protect and preserve recorded documents for future generations. We issue marriage licenses and maintain records of births, deaths and marriages. The Recorder's office also issues boat, snowmobile and ATV registrations and titles. We sell hunting, fishing and other recreational licenses.
The Recorder's Office does not provide legal services and does not prepare legal documents.
