     The Board of Supervisors of Humboldt County, Iowa met at 9:00 a.m. on the 2nd day of February, 2010 with the following members present: Hett, Haverly, Christianson, Hansen and Mattes.  Absent:  None.

     Moved by Haverly and seconded by Christianson to approve the agenda for the February 2, 2010 Board meeting.  All voting aye.

     Moved by Haverly and seconded by Hansen to approve the hire of Larry Jensen as a temporary part-time Secondary Road employee, to replace an employee that recently resigned, at the rate of $15.00/hr. retroactive to February 1, 2010.  All voting aye.

     The Board reviewed the County Conservation budget.  No official Board action was taken.

     Moved by Haverly and seconded by Hett to adjourn the meeting at 9:49 a.m.  All voting aye.
