November 2, 2009

The Board of Supervisors of Humboldt County, Iowa met at 8:30 a.m. on the 2nd day of November, 2009 with the following members present: Mattes, Haverly, Christianson and Hansen. Absent: Hett.

Moved by Mattes and seconded by Christianson to approve the agenda for the November 2, 2009 Board meeting. All voting aye.

Moved by Haverly and seconded by Mattes to approve the minutes of the October 26, 2009 Board meeting. All voting aye.

Chairman Hansen opened the meeting up for public concerns. Gary Naeve was present to complain about the gravel roads not being taken care of, a generator not being used and the county engineer's contract. No official Board action was taken

Tim Wilaby, Supervisor for Juvenile Court Services was present to advise the Board of a Juvenile Court Officer position being eliminated due to the state budget cuts. No official Board action was taken.

Moved by Mattes and seconded by Christianson to approve Voucher No. 2 (final) to PCI in the amount of $2,762.16 for work completed on Project #BROS-CO46 (42)--8J-46. All voting aye.
